As President of United Roofing Services, Seth works closely with all departments to help foster United’s reputation of integrity and excellence across all business dealings.
Ohioan and graduate of Rollins College, Seth worked for Jack Nicklaus’ Golden Bear, Inc. in the event management department, the corporate offices of Republic Industries as National Director of Customer Services, then 13 years as a branded entertainment and television producer in Los Angeles operating branding and digital development companies.
Seth’s background in production, event management and customer service have influenced the development of the processes which enable United to provide best in class job tracking and reporting.
Seth brings a new perspective to a challenging business.
During free time you can find Seth with his wife and three kids on the 1969 Cuda Craft he restored.
As our Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll Administrator Ida is in charge of day-to-day payables and receivables.
Before joining United Roofing Services in 2013 Ida was the Full Charge Bookkeeper at Maximo Marina. Prior to that, Ida spent 10 years at Tech Data as a Reconcile Specialist.
Ida enjoys spending time gardening, spending time with her pets and jamming out in ampitheatres to live music.
As the Sr. V.P. of Operations, Carter is responsible for United Roofing Services day-to-day commercial installation operations.
Carter has over 35 years of practical commercial roofing experience. Spending 22 years as the owner-operator of Georgia based CL Knight Roofing, Carter built his reputation as a hands-on problem solver.
With broad first-hand knowledge of most roofing materials, manufacturers and systems and a nearly obsessive commitment to quality, Carter sets the standard for everyone on the United Team.
In his spare time, Carter likes fast boats and diesel fuel and adores his grandchildren.
Jason is from Chicago (Downer’s Grove to be exact) and has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years with a mix of commercial, industrial and residential experience.
As Chief Field Superintendent, Jason ensures all United Roofing job sites are properly staffed and managed. With experience managing large-scale roofing projects, including the Exelon Nuclear Facilities, The 41-story John Hancock Building and the Peggy Noteabar Nature Museum, Jason ensures our systems are installed in a safe working environment and compliant with state building and manufacturers specifications.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys paintball, fishing and outdoor activities.
As Sales Assistant, Tyler supports the team by working with all departments of United and resolving any customer issues that may arise.
Tyler provides support with permitting, sales proposals, job-site management and clerical issues associated with specific jobs.
Prior to joining the United team, Tyler spent over five years installing and selling natural stone flooring and countertops across the state of Florida.
Tyler is originally from South Florida and likes to spend his weekends cycling, rock climbing, and brewing batches of craft beer.
Jay joined United Roofing Services in 2011 as Regional Sales Manager. Jay works directly with clients to help advise them of the roofing options that best suit their specific needs.
Jay’s previous sales experience includes 4 years roofing sales for Collis Roofing, 8 years with Daimler Chrysler – Freightliner division as head of specialty truck sales and 3 years with Citizens Insurance.
Jay holds an active insurance adjusters license and has lived in Florida for over 20 years.
Jay is a graduate of Central Michigan University but we don’t hold that against him.
With over 35 years experience in the roofing industry, Kevin has been involved in every aspect of the business. Through the years he has been a student of the industry and has personally installed virtually every type of roofing system currently being used. His background includes Laborer, Technician, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Account Manager and Roofing company principle.
As United Roofing Services Account Manager Kevin gets to focus on the side of the business he enjoys most – new client development, estimating, sales and design/build with a heavy emphasis on commercial service and re-roofing.
Because of his vast experience and knowledge, Kevin is especially adept at designing roof proposals to best suit the needs of each project and building owner.
Kevin spends his spare time fishing, jet-skiing, shooting, traveling and being a Grandad. He has been a Pinellas resident since 1990.
