Seth Bedell

As President of Dynamic National Roofing, Seth works closely with all departments to help foster Dynamic National Roofing’s reputation of integrity and excellence across all business dealings.

Ohioan and graduate of Rollins College, Seth worked for Jack Nicklaus’ Golden Bear, Inc. in the event management department, the corporate offices of Republic Industries as National Director of Customer Services, then 13 years as a branded entertainment and television producer in Los Angeles operating branding and digital development companies.

Seth’s background in production, event management and customer service have influenced the development of the processes which enable United to provide best in class job tracking and reporting.

Seth brings a new perspective to a challenging business.

During free time you can find Seth with his wife and three kids on the 1969 Cuda Craft he restored.

Tracy Kupsch

Tracy joined Dynamic National Roofing network as Lead Bookkeeper in 2015.

She comes from a diversified accounting background which includes accounting and bookkeeping for construction, restaurant, and screen printing businesses.

Tracy’s employment history includes corporate manager of AR and corporate offices for the Ker, Inc. (The Winghouse) restaurant chain managing their growth from four stores to 18.

Tracy is an avid news junkie and weather watcher. She loves storm chasing and watching the radar during hurricane season (a great match with roofing!)

In her spare time she likes to design and cook new recipes and has even won a recipe contest for American Dairy Association with her “Crabby Grilled Cheese.”

Some of her other hobbies also include art, music and natural health.

Christine Palmer

Christine got involved in the construction world in 2014 with the Indian construction chemicals company Fairmate. She played a key role helping to expand the company service and distribution offerings throughout Latin America.

Her previous experience ranges from cost analyst at one of Venezuela’s largest food processing companies, to audit assistant for RSM International.

In her spare time she enjoys the beach, live music and great books.

Carter Knight

As the Sr. V.P. of Operations, Carter is responsible for Dynamic National Roofing day-to-day commercial installation operations.

Carter has over 35 years of practical commercial roofing experience. Spending 22 years as the owner-operator of Georgia based CL Knight Roofing, Carter built his reputation as a hands-on problem solver.

With broad first-hand knowledge of most roofing materials, manufacturers and systems and a nearly obsessive commitment to quality, Carter sets the standard for everyone on the Dynamic National Roofing Team.

In his spare time, Carter likes fast boats and diesel fuel and adores his grandchildren.

Jason Lewicki

With over 25 years roofing experience, Jason ensures Dynamic National Roofing projects are completed on time and on budget. His background includes being a roofing technician and foreman.

With experience in both flat and pitched roofing systems Jason is a hand-on problem solver who is committed to providing the quality installations United Roofing Services has built its reputation on.

In his free time Jason enjoys trail riding and paintball events to let off some steam.

Vahid Zeinali

As the Risk Manager for Dynamic National Roofing network, Vahid is responsible for implementing and enforcing OSHA regulations to ensure workers safety on various job sites. He also prepares the initial and ongoing Dynamic National Roofing network safety training programs for all Dynamic National Roofing employees.

In college, he was inspired by a work-related cancer death in his family and pursued an Associates Degree in Occupational Heath and Safety Administration. Later, he obtained the additional HAZMAT and General Industry and Construction regulations certifications.

Vahid also has a degree in Physical Education and he coached and played collegiate Badminton. In his free time, you can find him camping, hiking, and spending time with his family, friends and Siberian Husky, Mina.

Jim Emery

Jim Emery AKA “Major Jim” has been in the roofing industry for over 38 years with 25 years experience as a crew foreman and 10+ years as a Superintendent.

As Field Superintendent, Jim ensures all Dynamic National Roofing job sites are properly staffed and managed.

Jim’s experience managing large-scale roofing projects, includes schools, prisons, hospitals, distribution centers, manufacturing plants and nuclear power plants.

Jim ensures our systems are installed in a safe working environment and compliant with state building and manufacturers specifications.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys riding Harley’s and spending time with his grandchildren.

Stephanie Locko

Stephanie Locko is the Production Coordinator for Dynamic National Roofing network.

Graduating in 2011 from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Marketing, she moved to Tampa, FL to start her career. Working at various investment firms in Vendor Management she realized she enjoyed working in the construction industry.

She worked as a Construction Manager for a Real Estate Investment Firm from 2015-2017 where she gained most of her construction knowledge while managing more than 20 crews and over 150+ rehab projects annually with total annual budgets exceeding $20MM.

In December 2017, she completed all requirements to obtain a Florida Residential Contractor License.

Stephanie likes to surround herself with ambitious & hard working people, while making the workplace a fun & enjoyable environment for all.

She is excited to be a part of the Dynamic National Roofing family!

Jay Mott

Jay joined Dynamic National Roofing in 2011 as Regional Sales Manager. Jay works directly with clients to help advise them of the roofing options that best suit their specific needs.

Jay’s previous sales experience includes 4 years roofing sales for Collis Roofing, 8 years with Daimler Chrysler – Freightliner division as head of specialty truck sales and 3 years with Citizens Insurance.

Jay holds an active insurance adjusters license and has lived in Florida for over 20 years.

Jay is a graduate of Central Michigan University but we don’t hold that against him.

Mark Thomas

As VP of Estimating Mark provides project pricing, scope, planning and project management services for Dynamic National Roofing.

At 17 Mark started roofing as a Union contractor in Pittsburgh, PA where he learned the trade as he completed college. After Mark graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan College he started his training in roof estimating and project management.

Mark rose through the ranks at Centimark in PA, Hi-Rise Commercial roofing and Advanced Roofing ultimately to become the VP of Estimating for Dynamic National Roofing network.

Mark is a FL state licensed roofing contractor and enjoys putting miles on his vintage CJ7 in his spare time.
