We Are United Roofing Services

United Roofing & Construction Services, Inc. is a Florida based roofing contractor – license number CCC1330028.

Founded in 2010, we have grown our business exclusively through referrals for our re-roof, maintenance, repair and roof reporting services.

We pride ourselves on our detailed bidding, project management and job tracking.

All of United Roofing Services work activities are tracked with daily reports which include detailed job information and photographs.  These reports are archived in our proprietary Roof Asset Management database.

As a Red Shield applicator, we can offer Firestone metal, TPO and modified bitumen systems that are warranted against material AND workmanship defects by Firestone for up to 30 years.

We are also qualified to provide warranty service and maintenance on existing Firestone roof systems.

Duro-Last roofs are pre-fabricated as per a specification and offer the only Interior Contents warranty against water intrusion.

Duro-Last is specified by engineers and architects and is exclusively used by a number of national restaurant chains.

United Roofing Services is qualified to install Duro-Last roofing systems with warranty up to 20 years which can include a damaged contents warranty.

GAF

Less than 3% of all contractors receive this prestigious accreditation from GAF.

As such, we are able to offer enhanced transferable warranties that include labor and materials up to 50 years.

United is also an approved commercial installer for all GAF system types which include TPO and modified bitumen roofing systems.
